600 g plums
175 g of low-fat cottage cheese
6 Tablespoons milk
6 TBSP sunflower oil
150 g sugar
1 p. vanilla sugar
1 PR. salt
300 g flour
1. baking soda
1 egg yolk
4 Tablespoons ground walnuts
Icing sugar for sprinkling
Wash plums, thin lengthwise into quarters.
Mix cottage cheese, milk, oil, 50 g sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Mix flour and baking soda, stir about half under the Topfenmasse. Knead in the rest.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. A greased springform pan with the dough spread and lightly pull up the edge.
Sprinkle walnuts on the ground and the plums to distribute.
Mix the egg yolks and 100 g of sugar and pour it over the plums.
30 minutes bake in the pre-heated oven at 175° (convection).
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
